Refund policy
Shipping
We provide free domestic ground shipping. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for Shipping and handling after all orders are placed. If package is undeliverable because of missing, incorrect, or incomplete apartment numbers, suite numbers, or other destination information, cost of reshipping package will be invoiced to customer.
To CANCEL or MODIFY your order, please contact us at ayh0916@crowngoosekr.com. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot cancel or modify orders that have already shipped.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 7 days from the date of shipment delivery. Please ensure that your returned items are unwashed/unworn with original tags and packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
As shipping and handling fee, 15% of your purchase amount (before any discount) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
We currently cannot process exchanges. To make an exchange, please return the original items and then place a new order.
