CROWN GOOSE, the global luxury bedding house devoted to exploring the cultures and arts of the world, as well as beauty that transcends time, embarked on a new journey at one of Palm Springs, California’s most iconic architectural landmarks, the Bob Hope House.

The 2026 Annual Party unfolded as an intimate private gathering, where diverse cultures and sensibilities converged within a singular space. Its setting was the Bob Hope House, poised above the vast desert landscape of Palm Springs, California.

With a monumental roof reminiscent of a shell, bold sweeping curves, and an open structure that fluidly dissolves the boundary between interior and exterior, the residence draws the surrounding landscape into the architecture itself.

Through its continued expansion of the most private moments of rest into artistic experiences, CROWN GOOSE completed a singular vision of the ‘ideal life’ it has long explored through GOOSE HERITAGE, TOWARDS A DREAM. Transcending the boundaries between living, architecture, nature, and installation art, the experience extended the CROWN GOOSE aesthetic beyond the familiar realm of the bedroom into a language of objects, spaces, and senses—inviting guests into a world of Sympoiesis beyond the boundaries of reality.

Natural light flowing through the space, the fluid curves of the architecture, and the fabric objects of CROWN GOOSE that inhabit it formed a quiet tension without ever overpowering one another.

Each meticulously composed scene left room for discovery rather than imposing a prescribed interpretation, inviting guests to explore the space at their own pace, to linger, and to discover new perspectives. This restrained approach resonates with the philosophy of CROWN GOOSE, a high-end bedding house that has long defined luxury not through material opulence, but through the depth of experience and the density of sensation.

BORNE ALOFT

At the heart of this dreamlike journey stood BORNE ALOFT, an installation presented by the CROWN GOOSE Art Foundation.

Embodying the notions of being ‘borne aloft’ and ‘ascending’, the work translated the moment of rising toward a celestial realm on invisible currents of air into the monumental movement of fabric.

Within the vast-scale setting of BORNE ALOFT, suspended textiles appeared to capture the fleeting form left behind by a passing wind, while retaining a sense of vitality—as though they might transform into an entirely new form in the very next moment.

Stillness and movement, weight and suspension, matter and air—seemingly opposing sensations coexist within a single scene, creating the work’s distinctive dreamlike tension.

The filled and the void, the visible and the invisible continually exchange places, giving rise to new landscapes with every movement of the viewer.

This interplay leads to the concept of Sympoiesis—the idea that distinct beings come into relation with one another to create a world together.

The heritage of CROWN GOOSE, which has continually reinterpreted cultures, arts, architecture, and design from around the world through its own distinctive language, likewise remains in constant transformation through these relationships.

In a single place, the experience looks back upon the journey CROWN GOOSE has traversed while offering a glimpse of the new world yet to unfold.
